- 3 Tbsp. Butter (Divided Use)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot, about 3 minutes. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add 1 Tbsp. butter and brussel sprouts, with the cut side down. Cover and cook until golden brown, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Flip brussel sprouts. Add 1 Tbsp. butter. Cover and cook until the other side is browned, about 3 more minutes. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve.
