Operation Big Brother Sentencing Ends Prosecuting Run

Chief Deputy Prosecutor Beth Sermersheim with the Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office says that the final defendants entered into plea agreements in the Operation Big Brother effort on Monday.

29 year old Brian Perez of Huntingburg pled guilty and has accepted a sentence of 15 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for Dealing Meth.

In addition, 24 year old Brock Gill pled guilty in a plea agreement and agreed to seven years in prison for dealing Meth.

Both men are scheduled for sentencing on November 25th.

Sermersheim says that in total, 16 Operation Big Brother cases have resulted in sentences totaling 165.5 years with 135 years of jail time.


Sermersheim says that activities in Operation Double Trouble are on-going at this time with 31 year old Stuart Noffsinger of Richland pleading guilty to dealing Meth and receiving a 14 year prison sentence.
