Parents getting ready to place children in Kindergarten this fall need to make sure their immunizations are up to date on the child.
Lynn Maitlen with the Dubois County Health Department tells parents what those immunizations are:
Maitlen also says that there are TWO doses of the Hepatitis A, and they must be given six months apart, so the time to get them is now.

The Health Department also handles the birth certificates for all children born in Dubois County, and one is needed at the time of registration for Kindergarten.
