The rumors are true. I’m going to jail on June 5th! Honestly. They’re going to take a mug shot of me and everything!
But at least it’s for a good cause. I’ll be participating in the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s annual Lock-Up.
Basically they’ll be locking me up until I can raise bail. The bail, of course, will be going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. So it’s a good kind of going to jail. I bet you never thought you’d hear someone say that, huh? My bail is set at $2400, which is quite a lot of money and I hope I’ll be able to raise that much. Every little bit helps.
I’d like to raise as much as I can before I go to jail. Maybe then they’ll go easy on me while I’m in the slammer. And even better than that…All of the bail money is going to people who need it! The money will go toward continued research of Muscular Dystrophy, as well as toward helping MDA provide clinic visits and summer camp for people in our local area! So not only is the money going toward a good cause, but it’ll be helping out people in the local community.
If you want to make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and help me get out of jail, you can do so at the following link. And remember that the donations are 100% tax deductible!
