FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports:  Download audio file (05914_20140729.mp3) The NCAA is settling a class-action suit involving head injuries, brought on by current and former players. A $70 million fund is being created to diagnose and determine if players suffered brain trauma. A return-to-play policy will also be implemented for injured athletes who’ll now also take baseline neurological tests every year to help doctors determine the severity of any concussions during the season.
