This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations:
WITZ-AM, WITZ-FM Jasper, Indiana and WQKZ-FM Ferdinand, Indiana.
For the purpose of this Report, a vacancy was deemed "Filled" not when the offer was extended but when the hiree accepted job offer. A person was deemed "interviewed" whether he or she was interviewed in person and/or over the telephone.

OUTREACH DISSEMINATION POLICY:
Broadcast Compliance Services, web posting, over-the-air announcements, educational institution notification, station personnel referrals, local minority organization notification and Industry specific publications and institution notification.
RECRUITMENT ORGANIZATIONS: Member Broadcast Compliance Services, free member service for IBA member stations in achieving the broadest possible dissemination in outreach efforts.
RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES:
04/01/09 The job vacancy outreach notification request continues to air weekly on WITZ AM/FM and WQKZ-FM.
07-16-09 2009 Indiana Black Expo Job Fair attended by Earl Metzger, Certificate of Participation.
10-29-09 IBA Co-sponsored Broadcast Job Fair attended by Earl Metzger, Certificate of Participation
01-07-10 WITZ AM/FM began airing the IBA Scholarship Progrom opportunity for College and High School students pursuing a career in the Broadcast Industry. Certificates of Participation for the 2010 program will follow.
02-25-10 WITZ AM/FM and WQKZ-FM started airing the IBA Job Fair that will be held March 6th, 2010 in Indianapolis.
