This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations:
WITZ-AM, WITZ-FM Jasper, Indiana and WQKZ-FM Ferdinand, Indiana.
For the purpose of this Report, a vacancy was deemed "Filled" not when the offer was extended but when the hiree accepted job offer. A person was deemed "interviewed" whether he or she was interviewed in person and/or over the telephone.

OUTREACH DISSEMINATION POLICY:
Broadcast Compliance Services, web posting, over-the-air announcements, educational institution notification, station personnel referrals, local minority organization notification and Industry specific publications and institution notification.
RECRUITMENT ORGANIZATIONS: Member Broadcast Compliance Services, free member service for IBA member stations in achieving the broadest possible dissemination in outreach efforts.
RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES:
04/01/10 The job vacancy outreach notification request continues to air weekly on WITZ AM/FM and WQKZ-FM.
05/11/10 Earl Metzger, Gene Kuntz & Jeri Weisheit participated in a webcast presentation to review EEO rules for a self assessment of WITZ, WITZ-FM & WQKZ-FM EEO initiatives.
05/12/10 Gene Kuntz attended Vincennes University Advisory Committee Meeting.
07-15-10 2010 Indiana Black Expo Job Fair attended by Earl Metzger, Certificate of Participation.
10-16-10 IBA Co-sponsored Broadcast Job Fair attended by Earl Metzger, Certificate of Participation
10-28-10 Gene Kuntz received a letter of appreciation from Austin Michael Hudson for the day he spent job shadowing with him as his interest is in broadcasting.
11-03-10 Walt Ferber received a letter of appreciation for participating in a Careers class at John Paul the Great Catholic High School.
12-28-10 WITZ AM/FM began airing the IBA Scholarship Progrom opportunity for College and High School students pursuing a career in the Broadcast Industry. Certificates of Participation for the 2011 program were awarded on Mar. 22, 2011.
01-05-11 A meeting was held for station unit WITZ-FM, WITZ-AM & WQKZ-FM to review the past years EEO Program.
02-19-11 WITZ-AM & WITZ-FM co-sponsored a Broadcaster Job Fair with Indiana Broadcasters Association held in Indianapolis, Indiana which was attended by Gene Kuntz.
